As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as a Regional Dealer Quality and Training Coordinator.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate product and skills face to face trainings and e-learnings for dealers.

Coordinate customer satisfaction programs including customer data management, understanding the key factors impacting satisfaction and coordinate dealer action plans to improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
Manage Mystery Shopping programs within the dealers network to improve constantly customer experience.

Keeping contact with the Brand’s European headquaters and the various markets in the region.
Continuos reporting of results both internally and to external stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

University degree, 2-3 years of experience in automotive sector

Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and learning management systems

Good command of English both written and verbal

Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, ability to oversee regional programs and work in a multi-cultural environment

Capacity to learn working with new systems, processes and tools
