Telkes Consulting has been founded in 1990, so our history started more than three decades ago. We continuously strive to have an accurate understanding of the HR market, not only domestically but also on a European level. Telkes Consulting represents Hungary in the IMD International Search Group, an international headhunting organization. In our senior and mid-management searches, our executive search consultants work as dedicated advisors, providing reliable professional advice to both parties—the Client and the Candidates. The Telkes Team approaches each executive search project uniquely, especially regarding to specific individual needs. Our highly trained consultants are committed to representing and balancing both the Client’s needs and the Candidate’s aspirations, ensuring that each placement aligns with the candidate’s talents and career path.
We execute searches with maximum focus, as we work on a notably short, four-week project timeline. We facilitate continuous communication, feedback, and coordination between the Client and Candidates during the executive search project.

Executive Search Service

 

 We utilize direct search, Telkes Consulting’s extensive network, database advertising, and social media methods in our executive search projects. We guarantee that all assignments contracted by Telkes Consulting will be completed within a four-week period of time, and all executive search projects are undertaken on an exclusive basis.
Executive search projects are mainly based on direct search method, which includes the following phases:

• Clarifying the responsibilities and expectations of the position with the Client
• Market mapping (companies, sectors, candidates)
• Identifying and pre-screening potential candidates
• Conducting personal interviews
• Preparing professional advisory summaries based on personal interviews
• Presenting the Candidates selected by the Client
• Active participation and advisory during the whole selection process

We emphasize personal interviews, identifying individual values, and performing motivation and reference analyses in the selection process. Telkes Consulting mainly undertakes confidential searches (quality replacement), our clients can rely on our full discretion not only during the executive search projects, but even after the fulfilment of the assignments.
More than 2,000 assignments have been completed by the Telkes Team with a success rate exceeding 90% during the past three decades.
