For our international partner, operating in equipment and vendor finance, we are looking for a talented Head of Sales.

The ideal candidate:
He/she has proven track record in financial services, outstanding at client relationship and furthermore the candidate is experienced in change management and people management.
Job description:
- Responsibility for all elements of operational management within the area of the business: team development, proactive and effective client relationship management and new business development
- Establishing and developing great relationship with clients, acquisiting of new business partners, setting up and attending networking events
- Responsible for the sales teams’ projects and account profitability
- The Head of Sales is the first contact to major clients and vendors; he/she is able to evaluate their needs and provide them with strategic solutions
- Key role in change management and digitalization
- Proactive, inspirational leader and creative problem-solver
Requirements:
- Degree in economics or in business administration
- Experienced manager with high quality management skills
- Strong client management skills
- Proven track record of financial and leasing services
- Fluent English and Hungarian are must, German knowledge is an advantage
- Experienced in presentation both in Hungarian and in English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- ‘Can-do’ and ‘think-out-of-the-box’ personality
